GUIDING YOUR HEALTH PROMOTIOn initiatives

 As a dedicated Health Promotion Practitioner with a background in public health, behavioural science, marketing and media strategy, I bring a unique and well-rounded perspective to health promotion initiatives. Holding a Bachelor of Public Health, I have devoted over a decade to studying public health and sociology, with a particular interest in social epidemiology. This extensive academic journey has provided me with a deep understanding of the factors influencing health and wellbeing within individuals, communities and workplace environments. 

Whilst my work is grounded in evidence and best practice, I also believe that “you can’t be what you can’t see,” and so I do my best to walk the talk; but don’t worry, I’m not running marathons before breakfast or surviving on kale smoothies (not that there is anything wrong with those!).  My approach is all about balance and moderation, building realistic, sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing.  Because health shouldn’t be extreme or perfect, after all, we’re all perfectly imperfect in our own special and unique ways.
